NH Legislative Subpoena Power - FLAWED

DMVC Productions = Results: NH Legislative Subpoena Power - FLAWED:

"Few things are so deadly as a misguided sense of compassion." Charles Colson
The Redress of Grievance Committee's right to subpoena sealed records comes with responsibility and should be viewed by a small committee to protect the child's privacy and one of those viewers better be a seasoned family law attorney!

  1. The Redress of Grievances Committee may be on new legal ground, but that doesn't mean they shouldn't be there. If there are indeed abuses going on in the family courts, they should rightfully be investigated. The Redress of Grievances Committee represents an important balance of power that needs to be restored.

    1. I agree 100%. The Redress Grievance Committee is a God send. In fact there are many other States that want to follow in the NH Legislatures footsteps, also forming a Redress Grievance Committee in their states, which is exactly what all states need. It's time to take back our rights and the only way to do that is with the help of the Redress Grievance Committee.
CPS/DCYF and the Family Court's Nationwide must be investigated and held accountable for all of the abuses they've bestowed upon our innocent families.
Thank you Speaker O'Brien and the Redress Grievance Committee!
